The award “For Scientific Achievements” is one of the highest personal departmental awards for outstanding achievements in the development of fundamental and applied scientific research, increasing the international authority of national science and its leading schools, implementation of the social and economic policy of the state, development and implementation of new scientific solutions, effective technologies and strengthening the scientific and technological potential of Ukraine by significant achievements. Scientists of institutions and organizations of the NAS of Ukraine who have achieved significant progress in their respective fields of activity, are awarded the award.
