The award “For Training the New Scientific Generation” is a personal award for a significant personal contribution to the training of young academic personnel, the foundation or development of leading scientific schools, active pedagogical activity, work with graduate and doctoral students, effective participation in activities for the integration of science and education, educational process and research. Employees of research institutions and organizations of the NAS of Ukraine who have achieved significant progress in their respective fields of activity are awarded the award. Ukrainian nationals who are not employees of the NAS of Ukraine, as well as foreign nationals are awarded the award for fruitful creative cooperation with the NAS of Ukraine in the respective fields of activity.
