What is happening with the climate, why has it become as hot in our country in summer as in Africa, and in winter, like in the same Africa, there is no snow, and why instead of frosts in December and January we now have them in February and March – this was explained in an interview with "Apostrophe" by the head of the Department of Applied Meteorology and Climatology of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Institute of the State Emergency Service and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Candidate of Geographical Sciences, Vira Balabukh.
