Everyone interested is invited to participate in the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE programme survey

20.07.2026

Scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine are invited to participate in an online survey for the preparation of the new Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE programme for 2028-2034.

The survey is initiated by the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE programme, which is co-funded by the European Union and supports joints projects across Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Its purpose is to identify key territorial challenges, needs for international cooperation, and promising directions for the development of cross-border partnerships. The results obtained will be used in shaping the strategic priorities of the programme for the next budget period.

Interreg is a series of cross-border, transnational, and interregional cooperation programmes implemented with the support of the European Union within the consolidation policy. They aim at jointly addressing climate, economic, and social challenges, as well as developing cooperation between regions. Ukraine already participates in seven Interreg and Interreg NEXT programmes, including "Poland – Ukraine," "Romania – Ukraine," "Hungary – Slovakia – Romania – Ukraine," and the Danube Regional Programme.

Ukraine is also invited to join the formation of the future Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE programme as a potential participant in the next budget period.

You can participate in the survey until August 14, 2026.
