The I. M. Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science of the NAS of Ukraine invites you to the X International Samsonov Conference named after G.V. Samsonov "Materials Science of Refractory Compounds" (MSRC-2026), which will be held on May 25-28, 2026, in Kyiv.
MSRC-2026 is an international scientific conference on the materials science of refractory compounds, traditionally bringing together researchers, lecturers, and industry specialists from around the world.
Organizers:
• National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (KPI named after Igor Sikorsky);
• I. M. Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science of the NAS of Ukraine;
• Ukrainian Materials Science Society named after I. M. Frantsevich.
Format: in-person (Kyiv, KPI named after Igor Sikorsky) with the possibility of online participation.
The scientific program of the conference includes keynote speeches, oral and poster presentations in the following areas:
• Fundamentals of Refractory Compounds;
• Refractory Metals and Alloys;
• Ceramics and Composites;
• Low-Dimensional Materials and Nanostructures;
• Films and Coatings.
