The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announced the launch of a digital tool for submitting applications for inclusion in the State Register of Scientific Institutions receiving state support, starting from January 1, 2026, after passing the state certification in 2025.
Applications for inclusion in the mentioned State Register will be submitted through the National Electronic Scientific and Information System "URIS," where responsible persons for submitting materials for state certification will have the corresponding service in their electronic offices.
