The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine announces a competition for the NAS of Ukraine Prize "For the Popularization of Science" for 2025.
The prize is awarded in one of the following nominations:
- The best popular science publication (or series of publications) about scientific developments and achievements, problems of science development, as well as publications in periodic printed or electronic media about science (journals, newspapers, websites registered as media, scientific sections in media).
- The best science program (radio and/or television projects aired on broadcast or internet), popular science film.
- The best scientific educational project of the year (museum, exhibition, festival projects, lecture series, science cafes, special thematic online projects, social media projects, podcasts, blogger and other formats that engage the general public with scientific achievements).

Submissions are accepted until February 28, 2026.

Laureates of the Prize will be awarded a Diploma and a cash prize during the annual session of the General Assembly of the NAS of Ukraine.

The NAS of Ukraine Prize "For the Popularization of Science" is awarded annually to media and their individual representatives, scientists, organizers of scientific educational and communication projects – for the best materials about the achievements of scientists, activities of scientific institutions and the NAS of Ukraine in general, as well as for promoting the popularization of science and enhancing the prestige of the scientist profession in Ukraine.
