
We present to your attention the latest issue (No. 10 (214), November 2025) of the informational-analytical bulletin "Ways of Development of Ukrainian Science: Social Discourse," prepared at the V.I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.
In this issue:
• Ukraine presented updates on the development of research and innovation at the 10th meeting of Cluster 4;
• results of scientific work competitions for grants from the President of Ukraine for young scientists and doctors of science;
• new system of priorities in science and innovation: focus on defense, economy, and post-war development;
• archival heritage of academician M. Dolishniy – a researcher of economic development and Ukraine's European integration.

"Ways of Development of Ukrainian Science: Social Discourse" is a monthly informational-analytical bulletin of media materials that highlights issues of increasing the efficiency of scientific activity, the course of reforming Ukrainian science, its contribution to social development and strengthening the country's defense capability, provides information about international scientific cooperation, achievements of Ukrainian science, and experience in developing scientific research abroad. Publications on problems of digital transformation of society, implementation of an innovative economic model, and modern aspects of scientific digital communication are analyzed in detail. Special attention is paid to social discourse on issues of reforming the scientific sphere and popularizing science in Ukrainian society. Scientific articles and analytical materials from researchers of the Information-Analytical Support Service of state authorities at the V.I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine are presented.
The bulletin is an appendix to the magazine "Ukraine: Events, Facts, Comments" (published twice a month), dedicated to covering and analyzing the most relevant events of social life in the economic, political, and social spheres, and issues of the effectiveness of the state-building process in Ukraine.
