On December 4, 2025, at an expanded meeting of the presidium of the Kyiv Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Employees of the NAS of Ukraine, the issue of the appeal from representatives of the Third Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the provision of charitable financial assistance for the purchase of means to carry out combat missions was considered. In particular, the first results of its implementation were summarized. To date, 28 primary trade union organizations, which are part of the Kyiv Regional Trade Union of Employees of the NAS of Ukraine, have collected funds, from which 20 combat drones of the "General Chereshnya" type were purchased from a domestic manufacturer through a charitable foundation, each costing about 22 thousand hryvnias. Soon, they will be fighting in the Lyman direction. The transfer of the next portion of funds to purchase another 11 such kamikaze drones is planned in the near future. Vadym Osadchyi, the civil-military cooperation officer of the Third Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, demonstrated these 20 drones to the meeting participants, answered numerous questions about their practical use, and expressed sincere gratitude for the significant assistance provided.
