The M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine is not only one of the favorite recreational spots for Kyiv residents and visitors to the capital, but also a large scientific institution.
About the uniqueness of the National Botanical Garden, its role in preserving biodiversity, its diplomatic mission, priority areas of work, including the creation of a seed bank for rare and endangered plant species, conducting biological soil screening and implementing modern technologies for restoring soil fertility, the development of phytointroduction and phytoenergy directions, as well as the adaptation of the institution to modern challenges and plans for the future, was told in an interview for the program "About Science. Competently" (host – academician of the NAS of Ukraine Volodymyr Semynozhenko), which is broadcast on the YouTube channel of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, by the director of the M.M.
