Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, the energy sector has become one of the main targets of the enemy. Numerous massive strikes on energy facilities have destroyed a significant part of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The energy system has held up but operates with minimal margin of safety and certainly requires restoration and modernization.
