Description: | Magnetic fluid on the basis of ferromagnetic material with perovskite structure (manganite) was synthesized. It induces tumor hyperthermia after intratumoral administration under alternating magnetic field. Created method of nanohyperthermia demostrates significant antitumor effect in the regime of thermoablation as well as thermochemotherapy. Magnetic fluid and nanohyperthermia method were recommended to perform the preclinical study. |
Technical advantages: | Magnetic fluid on the basis of manganite has not significant side effects, is characterized by stability of synthesis and storage, its effect is not influenced by tumor microenvironment, it demonstrates significant antitumor effect.
In Ukraine analogs are absent. In other countries analogs do not reveal the same efficacy to induce the tumor hyperthermia. |
The economic benefits: | There is difficult to present the economical benefits because the absence of the analogs on the market. Method of nanohyperthemia in the regime of thermoablation is available and more cheaper in the comparison with others. |
