Description: | The main result of development is the implementation of industrial production technology of amorphous cores (AMC) and nanocrystalline structure (NS), those magnetic properties are in the 1.5-2.5 times higher than properties of traditional crystalline and import rapidly quenched soft magnet alloys. Innovative rapid cooling of the melt (RMC) allows to produce nanomaterials with unique magnetic, mechanical and chemical properties, ensures the development and manufacture of new transformers, chokes with minimal losses and high operational parameters for the energy industry, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, space exploration, geological exploration, communication systems and so on. On the basis of established cores implemented all possible types of these products from small precision instrument transformers to super power transformers of induction heating systems; from tiny pulse transformers for communications (1-2g) to high power sources for radar, electric trains, and so on. Minimizing core losses in the magnetic cores of transformer provides significant energy savings - hundreds of MW across the country. High values of magnetic permeability (150,000) allow creating highly sensitive measuring systems and devices based on the obtained amorphous magnetic ribbons. |
Technical advantages: | Designed magnetic cores of different types (with different hysteresis loop) and sizes has: high temperature and mechanical stability of magnetic properties at frequencies 0,050-100 kHz; saturation induction of 0.45 to 1.5 T; low level of coercive force (1,5-19,0 A/m field 0,002-2kA/m); permeability of 140-4500 (with non-magnetic gap) to 500-150000 (for continuous).
In Ukraine there are no organizations with similar technology.
Within the CIS company JSC "MSTATOR" Russia uses similar technology.
