Applications are open for the Executive Master in Management of Research Infrastructures (EMMRI) program.
The RIFF project will provide financial support for the professional development of Ukrainian research infrastructure (RI) managers by funding four candidates to participate in the two-year (2026–2028) Executive Master in Management of Research Infrastructures (EMMRI) program, implemented by the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy), one of the RIFF project partners.
EMMRI is a specialized MBA program focused exclusively on the management of research infrastructures (RI). The program comprises 60 ECTS credits and lasts 18 months, from November 2026 to May 2028.
The curriculum consists of 12 modules (40 ECTS credits), each lasting 3 days; 7 offline modules held on campuses in Milan;
5 online modules; and an applied project (20 ECTS credits).
The program combines lectures, case study analysis, expert presentations by RI managers, invited speakers, and webinars, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of RI management, financial sustainability, strategic planning, innovation management, and international cooperation.
The RIFF scholarship will be granted to participants from Ukraine who are participating or planning to participate in the open call of the RIFF project. The RIFF scholarship for each of the four selected participants covers participation in all program activities, including seven modules on the Milan campus, transportation, accommodation, meals, and exam fees.
