The Institute of Mathematics of the NAS of Ukraine, together with the Kyiv Academic University and the Research School "Basis," announced enrollment for advanced training courses for mathematics and physics teachers.
In the 2025–2026 academic year, this is already the third session of the program: the previous ones took place in September 2025 (autumn) and January 2026 (winter). The courses traditionally combine in-person and online formats and are aimed at updating subject knowledge and promoting research-based teaching methods.
During the sessions, participants will work with modern problems and approaches that can be directly applied in lessons and for activities in mathematics or physics clubs.
Leading scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the best practicing mathematics and physics teachers are involved in teaching.
Classes will be held on different days for different specialties:
- for physics teachers — April 3, 2026, at the Kyiv Academic University;
- for mathematics teachers — April 4, 2026, at the Institute of Mathematics of the NAS of Ukraine.
Participation in the courses is free of charge. After completing the training, participants will receive certificates of advanced training. Pre-registration is required to participate.
