The state organization "Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation" (UKRNOIVI) informs about current educational initiatives and open resources in the field of intellectual property.
International course DL-101 in Ukrainian
UKRNOIVI has adapted the DL-101 course "General Course on Intellectual Property" into Ukrainian, which is implemented on the eLearning Center platform of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy.
The course provides basic knowledge about:
- key objects of intellectual property rights;
- mechanisms of legal protection;
- international protection of intellectual property rights.
The training takes place in a remote format with instructor support, includes a final exam, and the issuance of a certificate. Participation is free of charge.
Registration: from February 18 to March 16, 2026

Online course "Intellectual Property and Business"
On the national digital platform Diia.Business, the online course "Intellectual Property and Business" is available, created by UKRNOIVI in cooperation with the SE "Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development" and the Diia.Business project.
The course is aimed at developing practical knowledge about:
- use of design and technologies;
- management of intellectual activity results;
- transforming intellectual property into a business asset.
