From May 26 to 28, 2026, scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine participated in the XXIV International Industrial Forum – 2026 and a number of specialized international exhibitions held at the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv.
The Academy's exhibitions were visited by the First Vice-President of the NAS of Ukraine, academician of the NAS of Ukraine Vyacheslav Bohdanov, and the Acting Chief Scientific Secretary of the NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences Oleh Kubalskyi.
Forty scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine took part in the exhibition events, presenting over 250 scientific, technical, and innovative developments.
The Academy's exhibitions covered a wide range of fields – from digital technologies, materials science, and additive manufacturing to energy, ecology, industrial safety, biotechnology, and biomedical research.
In particular, the NAS of Ukraine institutions presented modern systems for monitoring and protecting critical infrastructure, intelligent control and modeling systems, energy-efficient and energy-saving technologies, solutions for renewable energy, new functional materials and coatings, 3D printing and material processing technologies, as well as biotechnological and medical developments.
The presented developments were aimed at the needs of industry, energy infrastructure, the security sector, environmental monitoring, and post-war recovery of Ukraine. At the same time, a significant part of the exhibitions demonstrated the results of fundamental research with prospects for practical implementation and commercialization.
Participation in the exhibition events provided the scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine with an opportunity to present modern scientific achievements to a wide range of specialists, establish new contacts with representatives of industry, business, and international partners, as well as demonstrate the potential of Ukrainian science in creating technological solutions for contemporary challenges.
