From June 1 to 5, 2026, the 6th International Scientific Conference "Condensed Matter and Low Temperature Physics 2026 (CM<P 2026)" was held online at the B.I. Vierkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the NAS of Ukraine.
The conference brought together scientists from different countries in order to discuss current achievements and promising research areas in the field of condensed matter and low-temperature physics. "CM<P-2026" once again became an important platform for presenting new scientific results, exchanging experience, professional discussions and establishing international cooperation.
The scientific agenda of the conference covered a wide range of topics in modern experimental and theoretical physics, including low-temperature physics, superconductivity, magnetism, optics and spectroscopy, nanophysics and nanotechnology, biophysics, materials science, and other related topics.
Scientists from Ukraine and abroad presented 245 viva-voce and poster presentations. The international nature of the conference was emphasized by the participation of representatives from 22 countries, including the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Italy, Israel, Georgia, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey, UAE, India, the Republic of Korea, the USA and Ukraine.
Vigorous debates at viva-voce and poster sessions contributed to the exchange of useful information and the development of new ideas, including the possible further scientific collaboration.
