The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has announced a scholarship program for 2027 aimed at training representatives of partner countries and promoting their socio-economic development.
Participants invited to the program include public sector employees, local government officials, representatives of authorities, higher education institutions, state enterprises, institutions, and organizations whose activities correspond to the topics of the training programs.
The KOICA scholarship program includes 15 educational programs: 11 master's and 4 doctoral (PhD). They cover the following areas:
- electronic governance and public administration;
- digital innovations in artificial intelligence;
- climate change and environmental management;
- economic development policy for sustainable and inclusive growth;
- health care policy and financing;
- infectious disease control;
- digital health and medicine;
- high value-added agriculture;
- global fisheries development;
- social economy.
Fluency in English is a mandatory condition for participation.

Interested candidates must send the completed application form and other necessary documents to the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service by July 8, 2026 at the email address: pao@center.gov.ua.
Subsequently, the documents will be forwarded to the KOICA Office in Ukraine and the Korean party.
