Currently, there is an acute shortage of energy resources, one of the most expedient ways to reduce the cost of finished products is to calculate the use of energy resources for energy-intensive technological processes (drying, baking, etc.), as well as to calculate the storage parameters of finished products based on experimental data on the state of water in specific material, which can significantly increase the shelf life of such products. Most of the existing methods and tools for the experimental study of phase transitions in liquids are either inaccessible to scientific and research laboratories in Ukraine, or are not adapted for the study of heterogeneous materials. The purpose of the work is to develop methods for determining the heat of phase transition of liquids in heterogeneous materials at cryogenic temperatures, depending on their structure and properties, and to create a measuring instrument for its implementation. As a result of the implementation of this scientific project, a method and device for studying phase transitions of liquids in heterogeneous materials at cryogenic temperatures will be proposed, which will allow to obtain data for increasing the efficiency of temperature treatment and storage of thermolabile raw materials.
