081 3.2. Scientific and technological foundations of permanent joints materials using nanostructured layers and severe plastic deformation in the joint zone Purpose:Development of thermodynamic basis, standing of kinetics and formation mechanism of dispersion and coagulation during the annealing of metal nanofilms (Ag, Au, Ni, Cr, Ti, Zr, Hf, Nb, Mo, Pt, Pd, etc.) thickness of 10 - 150 nm deposited onto non-metallic materials (oxides and non-oxide ceramics, sapphire, carbon materials, diamond) and wetting studying of these nanofilms by brazing materials on bases silver, copper, etc. Expected results:Issue of new types of products: methods, theories Stage 1:Investigation of the kinetics and trasformation machanism (disperse, coagulation) of silver and gold nanofilms deposited onto non-oxide ceramics, carbon glass and influence on it thermodynamic factors at annealing Stage 2:Investigation disperse kinetics under annealing of copper, aluminium and silver nanofilms deposited onto sapphire, non-oxide ceramics and carbon materials Stage 3:Inveestigation of the kinetics and mechnism of formation, disperse of gold and adhesion active metals (Nb, Hf) deposited onto oxides and non-oxide materials during annealing using in particalar of electric resistance measurement method Stage 4:Investigation of the kinetics and mechnism formation, disperse and coagulation of Cr, Ni, Mo and polymetallic nanofilms in particular Cr-Cu deposited onto oxides and non-oxide ceramics under annealing and wetting studying these films by metallic melts Stage 5:Investigation of the kinetics and mechnism of formation, dipersion and coagulation of noble metals (Pd, Pt, Rh) deposited onto oxides and non-oxide ceramics, carbon glass, diamond. the obtained results summering, development of theoretic bases of disperse and coagulation processes of metallic nonofilms under annealing. Recomendation developing for using of metallic nanofilms have been studyed for non-metallic mateerials brazing.
