Summary: | This book describes the physical and chemical methods and tech-niques aimed template stimulation for nanostructures and nanomaterials self-organization, electrophotography templates especially. The analysis of template methods is represented: topology and size control of metallic, semiconductor and organic nanostructures for up-to-date optical techniques based on space-structured materials, fabrication of photonic crystals and metamaterials, the growing nanocrystals and their ordered systems for application in spectroscopy, sensors, photovoltaics and op-toelectronics.

037 Quantum properties of structural inhomogeneities of the domain wall in the magnetic films with strong uniaxial magnetic anisotropy |

Summary: | Quantum properties of nanosized inhomogeneities of the domain wall − vertical Bloch line and Bloch point – have been studied. It has been shown that the Bloch line and Bloch point tunneling through the defect of the domain wall of magnetic bubble takes place in subhelium temperature diapason. The Bloch line and Bloch point oscillations caused by external magnetic field and by demagnetization one respectively have been found to be of a quantum nature. | |

Summary: | The induced polar state in a non-polar piezoelectrics associated with the microscopic local deformations, is allowed them to form a piezoelectric template. The latter is a combined system containing the thermoelastic ballast and a thin layer of piezoelectric material non-polar, which formed the dipole moments of high density. The implementation of such a structure with a dipole-dipole interaction would lead to more effective formation of nanoscale structures. | |

037 Precipitation carbazole compounds from the gas phase: molecular solutions with organic acceptors, nanocomposites with inorganic semiconductors and gold heterostructures |

Summary: | Films based on Poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVCa), fabricated by deposition from the gas phase and doped with acceptor organic and inorganic semiconducting compounds and gold, are investigated. Gas-phase doping technology of PVCa with acceptor compounds, in particular, C60, TNF, CdSe, results in formation
of efficient photoconductors. The combining of PVCa and thin-film heterostructures with acceptors, inorganic semiconductors, and metals makes these materials attractive multifunctional systems for optoelectronics, electrophotography, molecular photonics, sensing, and templating technologies. The efficiency of the developed automated control system of simultaneous gasphase condensation from several sources for fabrication of heterostructures and templating technologies is demonstrated. | |

Summary: | The influence of the interior structure of nanosized systems (ferromagnetic clusters, domain walls in ferromagnetic and ferroelectric films) on their magnetic and electrical properties was studied. The regularities of the behavior of the order parameters of these objects in the external fields were established. It is shown that in the subhelium temperature range ferromagnetic structures manifests quantum properties such as tunneling and the over – barrier reflection. Realization conditions of these phenomena are determined. For scientist on the physics of nanosized systems and material physics, specialists on construction and application of modern nanotechnology, undergraduate and graduate students in related disciplines.

Summary: | Methodology of template formation on basis of photosensitive nanocomposite materials in electrophotographic process is worked out. Spatial surface relief modulation and built-in film charge is realized by method of optical holography with the help of exposure by a light field. It is shown by methods of optical microscopy and scanned force microscopy that gold nanoclusters formation at spraying on template surface in vacuum happens only in determined, spatially ordered surface areas. | |

037 Nucleation of Gold in the Electric Field on the Surface of Template |

Summary: | The comparative study of gold nanoclusters phase formation processes in the matrix of poly-N-vinilcarbazole ( PVCa) at co-condensation from the gas phase in local electric field near the surface of the template and on the surface of neutral substrates is investigated. TEM studies have directly observed the golden critical nuclei in the PVCa matrix and determine their size. Experimentally proved that the size of the gold critical nuclei is 1.9 nm, whereas in the non-uniform electric field of the template is reduced it to 1.2 nm. Modelling the influence of polarization component on Au nucleation within the thermodynamic approach to electrically charged and neutral gold nanoclusters showed the possibility of the existence of the measured changes in the critical nucleus size in the field 108-1010 V/m. | |

Вивчення впливу парметрів плівки (товщина, сталі обміну і анізотропії, намагніченість, дисипація, коерцитивність дефекту) та зовнішнього магнітного поля на умови протікання квантових явищ. Оптимізація технології виготовлення наношаблонів на основі локалізованого заряду. Вивчення особливостей механізму та кінетики структуроутворення під час синтезування на конструкційних матеріалах поверхневих шарів методами інженерії поверхні, що дасть можливість керовано змінювати функціональні властивості.
