Title: | Mechanically sensitive nanocomposite material filled with carbon and metallic additive. |
Type of product: | Release of new product: materialThe technology is simple in realization. It is also cheap in terms of used material.
In comparison to other known technologies it allows us to form 1D oriented structure of conductive phase in composite material. It is allow to solve the problem of electric current instability with increasing the number of load/unload cycles.
Mechanically sensitive nanocomposite material filled with carbon and metallic additive. |
Description: | New conductive material based on elastic silicone with metal and carbon additives has been designed and created. The material exhibits a linear dependence of the current on an external pressure. The pressure registration can be made by measurement of direct electric current through conductive material. |
Technical advantages: | The technology is simple in realization. It is also cheap in terms of used material.
In comparison to other known technologies it allows us to form 1D oriented structure of conductive phase in composite material. It is allow to solve the problem of electric current instability with increasing the number of load/unload cycles.
