4. Nanomaterials
Purpose:Research and rationale for the technical aspects of the project for creation of equipment for industrial implementation of nanotechnology of rapid (10^6 K/s) melt cooling (RMC); experimental development and production of equipment for individual blocks RMC capacity of 5 tons/year
Expected results:Release of new product: technology
Stage 1:Experimental development and manufacture of individual units of equipment for rapid cooling of metal melts
Stage 2:Development of design documentation and manufacturing individual units of equipment for RMC (casting disk system and its rotation drives)
Stage 3:Production of individual blocks of equipment for RMC with capacity of 5 tons / year (installation and start of casting block, node of melt ejecting and device for turning and polishing the surface of casting disc). Testing of technology for amorphous ribbons using domestic industrial raw materials.
Stage 4:Installation and start system of controlled RF melting of output ingots. Purchase the necessary components and assembly and launch process module RMC with capacity of 5 tons / year; implementation of high-performance technology and start industrial production of rapidly quenched materials.
Stage 5:Work through the technology of industrial production and processing of amorphous ribbons (manufacturing of magnetic cores). Patenting and certification of developed nanomaterials and nanotechnology. The introduction of new nanomaterials and nanotechnology in electrical and instrument enterprises of Ukraine
