I was born in Leningrad where was graduated from middle School in 1948 and from the Physics faculty of the University in 1953. From 1953 to 1965 I was in the Institute of Physics of the Earth (IFZ) of the USSR Academy of Sciences as PhD student – 3 years in Moscow, then as researcher at IFZ Geophysical Observatories Alushta (Crimea) - 4 years and Borok (Yaroslavl region) - 4.5 years. Participated in the electromagnetic (EM) studies during the International Geophysical Year, in the registration of EM effects from nuclear explosions, in 1964 organized EM observations in Cuba. From 1965 to 1992 I headed the Laboratory of EM Studies of the S.I.Subotin Institute of Geophysics (IGF) of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kiev. Every year from 3 to 5 months, I participateded with 5-12 colleagues in field work to record natural EM fields for their subsequent processing and interpretation by MTS-MVP method. In the course of work, the theory and methodology of these methods have been substantially improved. We discovered about 10 regional anomalies of electrical conductivity from the Carpathians to Kamchatka. These results I described in 3 monographs in Russian and one in English: «Rokityansky I.I. Geoelectromagnetic investigation of the Earth's crust and mantle. Berlin-Heidelberg-New York: Springer Verlag. - 1982. - 381p.» In 1992 I became pensioner and began to study biolocation and deeper esotericism (firm Aton - 2 years), frontiers problems of geophysics and physics (National NDC of defense technologies and military security of Ukraine - 4 years). From 1998 to 2009, I was member of the American Geophysical Union AGU, since 1995 - a member of the
