TECHNOLOGY OF PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR FROM WASTE PRODUCTS OF FOOD INDUSTRY.

Technology of plant growth regulator is elaborated. Plant, microalgae and microorganisms biomass was used as a starting material for the production of this growth regulator. The technological schemes of regulator preparation are described. Temperature conditions of drying process are shown to influence significantly on the phytohormones content and qualitative composition of end product. This dependence has made possible the regulation of preparate composition as well as generation of preparates with specified amount of phytohormones of cytokinine or indole type. The physiological effects of preparate on various agricultural crops are shown. The possibility of preparate use as technology element in growing of main agricultural crops is theoretically justified.

NANOSCIENCE: PROSPECTS OF SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATIONS.

In the article literary data and results of own investigations concerning nanoscience, nanotechnologies, nanomaterials are summarized. Nanoscience will be developed by fundamental research of nanometric objects; development of nanomaterials synthesis technologies, studying of their properties; application of nanodrugs in medical practice, establishment of their possible toxic influences on human organism. It is expedient to study influence of nanomaterials on environment, prepare specialists in nanotecnologies.

"SOCIAL INNOVATION" NOTION: TYPES OF DEFINITIONS, EXAMPLES OF IMPLEMENTATION.

Three types of modern definitions for "social innovation" notion are outlined. They are: 1) ideas, strategies, concepts, forms of organization in social sphere; 2) process of changing (implementing new decisions), continuing social change, nonstandard decisions of social problem; 3) making changes in people's behavior and preferences, in processes of impact on changes, in regulation of economic, social and political processes. The common feature for all three types is the accessory of innovation to social needs' realization. Besides, several projects on the ways of social innovation implementation are presented: innovation journalism, social innovation networks, social engineering park etc.
