A.V. Varavin, L.S. Usov, V.M. Chmil, Yu.N. Mus'kin. SEMICONDUCTOR COHERENT KA-BAND RADAR FOR AIRPORT SURFACE TRAFFIC MONITORING. Abstract: The utility and technical capabilities of creating semiconductor coherent radar at the millimeter radiowave
(Ka-band) for monitoring surface traffic in airports are substantiated. This radar has a number of advantages
as compared with existing ones, in particular, the better mass-dimension and operating characteristics, significantly
less power consumption and the level of microwave radiation, and it also provides the detection of moving targets
and their classification on velocity. The selection of technical solutions is justified, the experimental radar
sample is developed and its tests were carried out. The key fundamental component parts providing the novel features
and high technical radar characteristics, namely, antennas of a new type and the semiconductor coherent transmit-receive
device are developed by scientists and specialists of Ukraine.

THE PERSPECTIVE TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME OF HIGH-SPEED ROLLING ROD. Abstract: The perspective technological scheme of high-speed rolling rod using wire mill of new formation as an example
is developed. The modes of hot, normalizing rolling and termomechanical processing with the help of temperature regulation
at the end of rolling can be realized at the mill. This provides obtaining ready production with the given consumer properties.
The scheme of high-speed rolling can be used at reconstruction of working wire mills and designing new ones.

DEVELOPMENT OF IMMUNOCHEMICAL TEST SYSTEMS FOR ANTI-DIPHTHERIA IMMUNITY CONTROL IN POPULATION OF PEOPLE. Abstract: Diagnostic test-systems for rapid and effective assessment of antidiphtheria immunity are developed. The prototypes
of immunochemical test-systems based on enzyme-linked immunosorbent and immunochromatographic assays for detection of antibodies
to diphtheria toxin subunits A and B in human serum are presented. It was suggested to use recombinant subunits of diphtheria
toxin as antigens that allowed to define the specificity of anti-diphtheria antibodies in human sera.

TECHNOLOGY OF COMPLEX GROWTH REGULATOR FOR CEREAL CROPS "BIOWHEATREX". Abstract: The technology of complex preparation for cereal crops Biowheatrex is elaborated.
The manufacturing material flows and instrumental-technological schemes are presented.
Experimental preparation of Biowheatrex includes water and alkaline extracts of vermicompost
and complex of microelements vital for cereal crops. Its optimal concentrations for various
agricultural crops were revealed. The physiological mechanisms of winter wheat plants'
production process optimization during ontogenesis were studied. Preparation application
as the important element of winter wheat cultivation technology is theoretically proved.

Abstract: The scientific approaches to formation of new knowledge and information structure on Nature and Society
of Ukraine submitted in information product — National atlas of Ukraine are stated. This information has
precise territorial binding that is important step to formation of spatial dates' base. The formation of
new knowledge and information structure is carried out on the basis of scientific principles
(fundamentality, integrated approach, multilevel display of objects etc.) and approaches
(inventory, historical, estimating, ecological-and-geographical etc.). New principles of information
structure development have found their reflection in the National Atlas of Ukraine structured into six
information blocks: 1) General characteristic; 2) Environment and natural resources; 3) History; 4) Population
and human development; 5) Economy; 6) Ecological condition of the environment.

DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING AT MANUFACTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE. Abstract: Current situation in the sphere of personnel occupational training at manufacture is observed.
Foreign experience on this matter is analysed. Recommendations on the development of personnel occupational
training system at manufacture with purpose to stimulate employers and employees to enforce their interest
in continuous occupational training are given.
