FINAL PROCESSING OF NATURAL STONE WORKS.

Abstract: The final diamond-abrasive processing of natural stone surfaces is described. The most efficient designs and features of the tool's working layer are determined. The operation conditions and kinematical parameters of processing on radial and bridge machines based on distribution of filling index of the tool's surface by working layer and requirements to roughness, reflectance and idiochromatic coloring of processed surface were determiuned.

A TECHNOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF A NEW DOMESTIC FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT PRODUCTION.

Abstract: The results of works on manufacturing application of modern energy- and resource-saving technology of production of the functional foodstuffs (liposomic soya-based beverages) are presented. The technologies are created with using of nano- and biotechnological methods of intensification of heat-mass exchange processes.

THE INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIES OF SECTION ROLLING PRODUCTION.

Abstract: The examples of solving of different technical problems of production based on using of reserve of drawing frictional forces in deformation zones of working stands of rolling mills are given. It is shown, that using non-driving deformation facilities in lines of section rolling mills one can solve relevant production problems. The innovation technologies, which are created to rise the productivity of existing section and wire rolling miils, to increase their variety, to switch of source material stock with bigger section, to reduction of energy consumption on heating of raw stocks and to make rolling without essential expenses on technical reequipment. It is shown that during the construction of new mills, flow charts with enhanced outtake ability conduce to reduction of rolling mill overall dimensions and installing equipment mass at the expense of both decreasing working stands number and decreasing of their mass and mass of equipment of their driver lines and also at the expense of production floor space for main equipment. It allows disinvestment during creation of new production capacities.

UKRAINE WITHOUT OIL: STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF ECOLOGICAL BIODIESEL FUEL.

Abstract: It is known approximately 80% of mechanical energy used in practice is produced by internal-combustion engines, which are the basic users of foel oil. In connection with scarce oil and gas resources in Ukraine, scientific researches and practical skills, directed at search, development and application of alternative fuels from renewable sources have great importance. The sequence of biodiesel fuel's production from rape oil is considered, analysis of physical and chemical indexes of biodies and their influence on system performances of diesel engines is conducted.

FINANCIAL MECHANISM FOR ORGANIZATION OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITY IN REGIONS.

Abstract: Simple, reliable and transparent mechanism of sustainable improvement of socioeconomic balancing providing of regional development (regions, districts, cities etc) is proposed. It supposes implementation of new efficient forms of innovation and investment cooperation between scientists and technicians, businessmen, local authorities and community, using mainly local energy, raw material, technological, material and human resources.
