Film-Forming Materials and Multi-layer Coatings of Interference Optics for IR-Technological Lasers.

The results of the introduction of the developed film-forming materials (FFM) for interference optics for IR range devices, technological lasers, in particular, are presented. Technologies of synthesis and technical conditions for FFM based on BaY2F8 and ZnS–Gd2S3 are developed, and conditions of drawing thin-film coatings from them are optimized. It is shown, that interference coatings based on created FFМ according to their optical and operational properties do not concede, but out-perform the coatings from standard FFМ (ZnS, YF3, ThF4) for the transparency domain width (7,5–12,5 microns) and mechanical durability (0 group).

Monitoring’s Organization of the Ukrainian Interconnected Power System Operational Conditions and New Possibilities for Solving of Dispatching Problems.

The basic results of the innovation project implementation related to the application of complex of monitoring system’s means designed to monitoring of the transitive operational conditions of Ukrainian IPS objects are described. The basic technical characteristics and parameters of means designed to IPS operational conditions’ monitoring are presented. The possibility of Ukrainian IPS dispatching system reliability increase due to the use of measurements of voltage phase angles for the purpose of dispatching problems’ solving is shown. Peculiarities of the monitoring system for transitive operational conditions are defined.

Development of Test System for Detection of V617F Mutation of JAK2 Gene in Patients with Chronic Myeloproliferative Disorders.

V617F mutation of jak2 gene is an important diagnostic criterion for chronic myeloproliferative disorders. The test-system for detection of the mutation by using the method of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing of PCR products was proposed.

“Gabagamma” Application Prospects in Diabetic Polyneuropathy Treatment.

The effects of new generation analgetic drug “Gabagamma” for neuropathic disorders treatment in diabetes was studied. “Gabagmma” specific selectivity was shown. Conclusions on the possibility of “Gabagamma” application as self-sufficient pain reliever in pain syndrome treatment were made.

Construction of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) Overproducers of the Yeast Candida Famata.

The stable riboflavin (RF) overproducers were isolated by means of amplification of the gene encoding positive regulator of RF synthesis into selected earlier C. famata flavinogenic strains. The medium components and cultivation conditions were optimized for maximal accumulation of product (RF).
