120 kV, 6 and 18 kW power sets for electron beam welding

♦ “Self-contained” complete set of the welding electron gun with the power supply sources and the computer control system for beam parameters. The Customer himself connects the complete set to the vacuum chamber, the evacuating system and the welding movement system;

♦ The main assignment of the complete set is its intended usage as part of the continuous running automated lines for electron beam welding of bimetallic belt blanks for further production of:

  • metal-cutting blades,
  • heat-resistance fastening of TV sets masks,
  • electric shunts copper plus manganin.
