Title: | Processes of interaction and biocompatibility of gold nanoparticles with cultured cells |
Type of product: | Issue of new types of products: methods, theories |
Description: | In this work was described the processes of interaction and biocompatibility of nanoscale particles with cultured cells. There was shown the morphological and functional characteristics, cell proliferation rate and apoptotic processes of cell culture human fibroblasts under the influence of gold nanoparticles before and after cryopreservation. |
Technical advantages: | The national analogues of this work don't exist. There was shown the effect of gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) on morphological and functional characteristics of cells SPEV, established the molecular mechanisms of interaction of Au NPs with the major components cells by infrared spectroscopy method. There was shown a stimulating effect of Au NPs under concentration of 6 μg/ml on the proliferative ability of fibroblasts. By scientific innovation belongs to study the influence of gold nanoparticles on human fibroblasts during cryopreservation. There was established that cryopreservation of fibroblasts with Au NPs at a concentration of 1.5 μg/ml does not cause necrosis and apoptosis processes in cells after culturing. There was shown that the application of cryopreserved cells and cryopreserved human fibroblast cells from human fibroblasts Au NPs on the surface of the burn process stimulated healing of wounds. |
