Title: | The basic physics of CVD process of nitrogen doped conductive nanocrystalline diamond materials synthesis The method of electrode materials production on the base of nitrogen doped nanostructured diamond coatings |
Type of product: | Release of new product: technologyManufacturing of a new product: technologies |
Description: | The main regularities in the kinetics of nanocrystalline diamond films growth, their structure and conductivity in dependence on the composition of the gas phase and the synthesis temperature in the DC glow discharge in crossed E/H fields have been determined. These results constitute the physical basis for the development of technologies for production of nanostructured conductive diamond coatings of different functions. |
Technical advantages: | The synthesis of nitrogen doped nanostructured diamond coatings in the DC glow discharge in crossed E/H fields is easier as compared to the most common method of nitrogen doped nanostructured diamond coating synthesis in microwave plasma. |
The economic benefits: | An equipment for realization of method of synthesis of nanostructured diamond materials in plasma of glow-discharge of direct-current in crossed E/H fields is considerably cheaper as compared to an equipment for the synthesis of nanostructured diamond coverages in microwave plasma. |
The impact on the environment. Environment: | The synthesis of nanostructured diamond materials is carried out in the isolated volume and not accompanied the use and formation of harmful matters |
