Title: | Experimental samples of dense multicomponent nanograin ceramics SrTiO3, CaTiO3, KTaO3 with magnetic impurities Mn2 + and Cu2 + suitable for prototyping sensitive magnetic field sensors |
Type of product: | Release of new product: technology |
Description: | The samples of ferroelectric nanograin ceramics (100-150 nm) made at reduced temperatures to 200-300 oC sintering on the basis of synthesized nanodispersed powders of nonmagnetic materials MgO, CaO, BaO, ZrO2, Al2O3, ZnO, magnetic materials (MnO, CuO), multicomponent powders o fincipient ferroelectrics. |
Technical advantages: | The samples of ferroelectric nanograin ceramics (100-150 nm) made at reduced temperatures to 200-300 oC sintering.
Measurements of some electrical properties of the samples of fabricated multicomponent nanograin ceramics doped with different additives shows in some cases maintaining high electrical and dielectric properties at room temperature.
