067107 Title: | Creating the physic-chemical basis of nanomaterials consolidation by SPS method, microwave heating, using of high pressure by analyzing the results of the kinetics densification | Type of product: | Developed on the new sintering processes nano- and micro materials during of external electromagnetic field effects on different stages of microwave sintering and spark plasma sintering systems: Cu, Ni, Fe, WC, ZrO2, Al2O3, TiN, TiB2, TiN- SiC, ZrB2-SiC, B4C-NbB2, B4C-ZrB2, NbB2 - NbC - SiC, AlN-TiB2, Si3N4-TiB2, TiCN-TiB2. Installed melting phenomenon on contacts between the particles and anomalous mass transfer speed, compressions and growth of grains at consolidation. directed crystallization of the regime reactionary spark plasma sintering.
| Description: | Kinetic study was performed and physical-chemical principles of ceramics consolidation from nanocrystalline yttria stabilized zirconia powders, alumina, tungsten carbide, titanium diboride by SPS and MWS methods. The various stages of densification, using different dispersion of initial samples were investigated. The common patterns of mass transfer processes under the influence of external fields where found. Formation of structure and phase composition of nanocomposites, optimal conditions of sintering at high pressures was proposed. The new variation principle which taking into account the dissipation due to slip between individual particles and the difference of contributions due grain boundary and surface diffusions, allows to determine the actual flow rate and mass migration of grain boundaries, which directly leads to the possibility of healing kinetics prediction pores of different sizes been proposed. | Technical advantages: | For the first time established patterns and intensity of the electric field effect on the kinetics of sintering micro- and nano mode microwave sintering: the emergence of liquid phase amorphization and other phenomena. | The economic benefits: | The use of new technologies such as SPS and MWS sintering favors energy conservation process of nanopowders consolidationf | The impact on the environment.
