Title: | Nanosized ferrioxide and silicate phases and nanocompositions in aqueous dispersions of polymineral structures |
Type of product: | Release of new product: technology |
Description: | The scientific principles of nanotechnologies of composites extraction from polymineral FOSS (ferrioxide-silicate systems) structures were designed. And it was experimentally demonstrated the possibility of practical receiving of high-purity iron powder, manganese-phosphate and microfertilizers, and pozzolanic cement additives. The technologies are protected with 15 patents wich were passed for use to PJSC "Donetskstal" - Metallurgical Plant". |
Technical advantages: | Comparison of scientific and technical indicators of developed technologies with the best world analogs showed that developed technologies allow better processing of biocolloidal ferrioxide-silicate materials (ore, clay, peloids etc.). |
The economic benefits: | Estimated cost of 1 ton of concentrate (90-92% of iron) obtained by IBCC-DMZ method is 180-200$ lower than the cost of iron (87% of iron) obtained by SL/RN method |
The impact on the environment. Environment: | Designed technologies are wasteless. And they allow to replace other hazardous manufactores with low financial costs. |
The stage of completion: | Report on R & D (OCD) |
