Description: | The methods of a wide range of drugs hydrogel carriers and nanocomposites synthesis with immobilized colloidal silver, carbon nanotubes, magnetite, hydroxyapatite, etc have been developed. The high-disperse acrylic thermosensitive micro- and nanoferrogel are useful for development of medicines controllable release systems under the influence of temperature in physiologically defined range as well as under low intensive alternating magnetic field influence. The conditions of heavy metals compounds nanoclusters receiving and conсentration in a gel matrix were developed for their use as an active component of the artificial soil that provides acceleration of plants growth and increase of their productivity. The conditions of biogenous silver nanoparticles processing were developed and the particle’s structure was investigated into nanostructured composite materials based on the lactobacilli cultures. These composites are useful for new disinfectants development, for application as a part of consumer goods and in a veterinary science. The method of application the materials with high-uniform distributed gold and silver nanoparticles together with lipopolysaccharide was developed for antioxidant protection of an oral cavity. |
