4.1. Biocompatible nanostructured materials: interaction with biological systems, safety use, means and methods controlled delivery
Purpose:The aim of this study is to obtain the strains of nitrogen fixing microorganisms with modified symbiotic properties to investigate biological nitrogen fixation as well as to produce the bacterial preparations for crop growing in unfarorable environmental conditions. In this case the plasmids of pSUP2021 and pSUP5011 bearing the kanamycin resistance marker will be used.
Expected results:Issue of new types of products: methods, theories
Stage 1:Obtaining transposon mutants from the nitrogen fixing microorganisms
Stage 2:Checking of the symbiotic properties of obtained rhizobia and their resistance to unfavorable environmental factors
Stage 3:Determining the ability of rhizobia to save the acquired properties during long storage as museum culture and in soil and climatic conditions
Stage 4:Studying the features of the formation and functioning of the symbiotic systems of legumes with obtained transposon mutants
Stage 5:Investigation of legume plants productivity under using the preparations on the basis of obtained ntabsposon mutants
