Purpose:To investigate the changes morfofunctional characteristics of tumor cells under the influence of nanosystems of direct transport and their components. To study the biological characteristics of the B. subtilis B-7025 cytotoxic lectin combined with gold and iron nanoparticles, to investigate the characteristics of their effects on tumor cells. Explore the peculiarities of carbon and ferromagnetic nanoparticles impact on normal and tumor cells

Stage 1:Study of the dynamics of structural and functional changes in tumor cells under the influence of concentrating magnetic field. Study of cytomorphological features and changes in the ultrastructure of tumor cells under the influence of magnetoliposomes with encapsulated magnetite nanoparticles.
Stage 2:Studies of the impact of nanoparticles of different origin on some morphological, immunological and biochemical parameters of organs and systems of experimental animal systems in norm and during tumor growth
Stage 3:Study of the influence of magnetite nanoparticles and colloidal gold on the biological properties of normal and tumor cells
Stage 4:Study of the influence of magnetite nanoparticles on metabolism of iron-containing proteins in cells
