Purpose:The project aim is to establish the fundamental scientific and technical bases for the development of the composition and of methods of manufacture microlaminates – а new progressive kinds of nanostructured multilayered metal composites
Expected results:Release of new product: technology
Stage 1:Development of a method of manufacturing microlaminates with the transitional zones solid solution type and studies the dependence of the functional properties of composites on their structural and dimensional parameters and conditions of heat treatment
Stage 2:Development of a method of manufacturing microlaminates with the transitional zones containing intermetallic compounds and studies the dependence of the functional properties of composites on their structural and dimensional parameters and conditions of heat treatment
Stage 3:Development of a method of manufacturing microlaminates with the transitional zones containing carbides of matrix metals and studies the dependence of the functional properties of composites on their structural and dimensional parameters and conditions of heat treatment
Stage 4:Development of a method of manufacturing microlaminates containing three matrix metals and studies the dependence of the functional properties of composites on their structural and dimensional parameters and conditions of heat treatment
Stage 5:Development of demonstration methods of manufacturing thick microlaminate slabs weighing several kilograms and studies of the anisotropy of their properties
