Purpose:Determination of the scientific and technological bases of the friction stir welding for high temperature solid-phase nanostructured aluminum alloys AlFeCr, strengthened by quasicrystalline nanoparticles of intermetallic phases.
Expected results:Release of new product: technology
Stage 1:Analysis of the main methods for joining nanostructured aluminum alloy, strengthened quasicrystalline particles. Choosing the best method of welding that will ensure the preservation of the properties of materials in welded seams.
Stage 2:Equipment modernization and optimization of the design working tool for friction stir welding nanostructured aluminum alloys and study the characteristics forming compounds.
Stage 3:Research of influence the main parameters of welding process on structure and phase composition of different zones of welded joints quasicrystalline aluminum alloys.
Stage 4:Defining relationships between chemical composition, technology of production, structure, mechanical properties and weldability semifinished studied alloys.
Stage 5:Optimization of friction stir welding alloys of Al-Fe-Cr. The study of the structure and mechanical properties of joints.
