Title: | Technology of biocompatible nanocomposites synthesis based on interpenetrating polymer networks consisting of polyurethane, poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and nanofillers modifiered by biologically active compounds. |
Type of product: | Normativ Technical documentation |
Description: | Nanomaterials for biomedical application, namely for the body tissues regeneration, are created based on multicomponent polymer system with nanodomain structure which contained special nanofillers. The surface of nanofillers was modified by biologically active substances. The created nanocomposites are biocompatible materials with biological activity, antiseptic and germicide properties, with controlled release of biologically active substances. |
Technical advantages: | The presence of the interpenetrating polymer network’s structure allowed to create the product with required physico-mechanical properties, with more balanced hydrophilic-hydrophobic surface properties. The introduction of the nanofillers modified with biologically active substances to the nanocomposites allowed the regulation of biologically active substances release. |
The economic benefits: | Allows replace imported materials |
The impact on the environment. Environment: | Do not use toxic weekends and do not form toxic materials |
The stage of completion: | Design and technological documentation |
Implementation: | not implemented |
