Description: | It is known that tunnel magnetoresistance of magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJ) is bigger, the biggerspin-polarization degree ferromagnetic electrodes, which form MTJ. It was experimentally shown that atomic disorder in Heusler alloy films (as electrodes of MTJ) causes drastic decrease in their magnetization and spin-polarization degree in it. The technological tools for fabrication of highely ordered Heusler alloy films with L21 type of order has been presented. |
