Purpose:development of highly sensetive method for detection of biomarkers in blood plasma and other body fluids using double and triple conjugates of specific antibodies with magnetic particles and gold nanoparticles with DNA barcode and production of kit for early diagnostic of Alzheimer's disease and breast cancer

Stage 1:Production of recombinant proteins tau, RAD50, NY-BR-1, phosphorylated peptides p-tau231, p-tau181 and animals immunization
Stage 2:Production of antibodies against marker proteins tau, RAD50 and NY-BR-1; improvement of technology for production of conjugates of gold nanoparticles with DNA barcode and antibodies
Stage 3:Characteristic of antibodies against marker proteins; improvement of technology for antibodies and magnetic particles conjugation
Stage 4:Sensetivity and specificity evaluation of conjugates of magnetic and gold particles with specific antibodies for marker proteins detection
