Basic directions
Ensuring the activity of the Marine Hydrophysical Institute on
creation, protection and use of intellectual property objects of the
Institute;
Organizing the activity on detection of protectable objects of Marine
Hydrophysical Institute industrial property ( inventions, utility
models, industrial designs, trademarks and service marks);
Realization of scientific and technical examination of such objects,
protection of Marine Hydrophysical Institute priority at patent
offices in the Ukraine and abroad;
Carrying out patent searches for the purpose of improving the
technical level of objects to be created, providing their
patentability, noninfringement and competitiveness;
Stockpiling of patent collection and systematization in accordance
with headings of oceanographic instrument making.
