Set up on March 2, 1989.
The principal research lines of the Technical Center are:
- mechanics of deformable solids;
- physical electronics;
- solid state physics;
- physics of metals;
- inorganic chemistry;
- standardization and certification;
- metrology and metrological provision.
Achievements of the international level:
- the development of effective methods to solve problems concerning the deflected mode of 3D bodies and shells;
- deposition of resistive films (on the basis of Ni3B + glass) on Al2O3 ceramic substrate )with preset physical and chemical properties;
- determination of optimum conditions for obtaining isomeric forms of molybdenum tungsten phosphate tetraakylamonium (TTA), with account being taken of steric factors and different degrees of protonating.
The Technical Center offers for joint finalization:
- investigations into the processes of structurization of nanoparticles, fractal structures, nanosystems;
- development of the theory of nanocrystalline material formation, taking into account their electronic and nuclear structure, and the technology of their production.
Technical Center’s developments offered for commercialization:
- using Sn0.9Sb0.1O2-based resistive thick films in sensory electronics as the sensitive element of the strain gauges whose action relies on tensoresistive effect;
- co-deposition of ТТА polyoxometalates and heavy metal ions from water-organic environments that allows residual quantities of thallium to be concentrated in natural and sewage water; oxidation-reduction properties of such systems can be used for producing high-sensitivity sensor controls of the presence of man-made harmful substances.
